Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduation from a recognized local or international university
  • Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree

Age:

Experience:

  • One year of relevant banking or sales experience is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

  • Conduct daily visits to new and existing customers
  • Achieve assigned deposit and product sales targets
  • Provide banking solutions based on customer needs
  • Cross-sell products including insurance and consumer assets
  • Maintain service quality standards for customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer queries efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures
  • Support mass customer contact drives and promotional activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Follow internal policies, SOPs, and timelines
  • Assist in audits and ensure Shariah-compliant banking practices

Selection Process
