Position 1: Social Mobilizer

Requirements:

  • BS (Hons.) in Rural Sociology, Agri Extension, or Environmental Sciences.
  • Preferably with specialization in Horticulture.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in rural/community development.
  • Willing to travel and attend coordination meetings.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support project activities.
  • Travel to field sites and help implement assigned tasks.
  • Engage with farmers and community stakeholders.
  • Work alongside teams from Pakistan and Australia.

Position 2: Research Associate

Requirements:

  • M.Phil/MSc in Agriculture, Marketing, Horticulture, or Plant Pathology.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or agriculture preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate support staff and field visits.
  • Comfortable with reporting and data collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement project plans and monitor progress.
  • Liaise with local and international partners.
  • Act as focal person for communications and reporting.
