Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and organize technical and managerial training programs for PAAPAM member firms in collaboration with renowned universities, consultants, and institutions.
- Lead the PAAPAM Technical Support Program in coordination with SMEDA, including productivity audits, energy audits, and implementation of Japanese Management Tools like:
- 5S / 5T
- 4M Change Point
- Lean Manufacturing
- TQM (Total Quality Management)
- Fool-proofing techniques for plant process improvement
- Manage all membership-related services, including:
- Processing new membership applications
- Handling renewals of existing members
- Updating and maintaining the member directory per PAAPAM SOPs
- Act as a liaison for PAAPAM Standing Committees, coordinating meetings and updates
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of management and productivity tools
- Familiarity with technical auditing frameworks
- Strong understanding of process improvement methods
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in internet research and modern meeting tools
