Overview

This role demands hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows environments, network configurations, endpoint security, and remote user support. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking IT team that supports nationwide banking operations, digital banking solutions, and enterprise-level applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and repair IT equipment (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers).
- Provide support for operating systems and platforms like Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Support bank-end enterprise applications such as SWIFT and Bloomberg.
- Assist in endpoint security (antivirus, firewalls, patching) and maintain compliance with IT policies.
- Offer remote and on-site technical assistance to end-users, including executives.
- Handle issue logging, prioritization, and resolution through ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with system administrators, cybersecurity experts, and network teams.
- Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises and provide IT support at BCP sites.
- Document recurring problems, solutions, and support protocols.
- Remain up-to-date with emerging IT tools, technologies, and trends.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years minimum) in:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems
- Computer Systems
- Telecom/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
(From HEC-recognized institutions or reputable international universities)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system/network administration.
Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years as of the advertisement date (relaxable based on qualifications and experience).

- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11, macOS
- Remote Tools: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP
- Directory Services: Active Directory, Group Policy Management
- VPN and Network: SSL VPN, OpenVPN, VPN Protocols, Firewall Config
- Security Tools: Antivirus management, Endpoint Protection
- Protocols: Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Access Control, VPN Config
- IT Service Management: ITIL Framework, Ticketing Systems
- Support Tools: Diagnostic & Debugging Tools
- Applications: SWIFT, Bloomberg
