Eligibility Criteria
Education:

- One year of relevant banking or sales experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to new and existing customers
- Achieve assigned deposit and product sales targets
- Provide banking solutions based on customer needs
- Cross-sell products including insurance and consumer assets
- Maintain service quality standards for customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures
- Support mass customer contact drives and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Follow internal policies, SOPs, and timelines
- Assist in audits and ensure Shariah-compliant banking practices
